Property Finance is primarily sourced via Loan Market Group
which allows us access to all the major lenders such as CBA, ANZ,
Westpac and NAB. Network Capital also deals with specialised and
non-conforming lenders giving you more choice and greater value.

Fund:
Fast
approval fund with low set-up costs. Avaialable for either
Residential or Commercial property.
No
documentation required for 65% LVR with rates starting at
8.60%.
Full
documentation up to 75% LVR with rates starting at

Liberty
Fund:
Full
documentation 95% LVR starting from 6.70% (subject to
LMI).
Full
documentation 85% LVR at 7.20% (not subject to LMI).
Mortgage Mart
Fund:
Low-level
documentation with no BAS statements required for 85% LVR at
5.37%.

Documentation up to 75% LVR starting from 5.37%.
Union
Fund:
Heavily
impaired loan offering you viable re-financing options for those
unable to meet current mortgage payments or if faced with current
or imminent bankruptcy.

Krown
Fund:
A 2nd
mortgage bridging loan for terms between 6 and 12 months. LVR up to
a maximum of 75% against a sworn valuation of not more than 3
months old. Interest rate of 20%, however, this can be
re-negotiated for an impressive applicant. No loan covenants apply
apart from ensuring payments are made on the date they are
due.
VVMG
Funds:
Provides residential loans
for a wide variety of customers. From those with clean credit to
those with unlimited defaults. The maximum LVR accross all the
loans is 80% with borrowings over $800,000 slightly lowering this
mark.
Five Star Pro - For clean
credit customers. Borrowing rate starting from
5.79%.
Five Star Flexi - For
clients who are solely in arrears on payments. Borrowing rate
starting from 7.19%.
Five Star Assist -
Customers with unlimited defaults. Borrowing rate starting at
8.64%.
